As a Yoga and Pilates Instructor, I want to make the practice of yoga and pilates accessible, enjoyable, and an integral part of people’s lives.
I am passionate about learning and understanding how the mind, body, and soul are connected and driven to help people find that connection.

My journey began as an overweight teenager.
At the age of 14, I decided to change my lifestyle and habits and started going to the gym daily until I was hooked.
In 2013, I completed my first 42 km marathon in Dubai.
In 2014, I became a Spinning Instructor, a personal and fitness trainer, then gradually and deeply got into yoga in 2015.
In the beginning, my dedication started with only the physical practices of yoga but that opened up the door for me into the world of spirituality, mindfulness, and self-love.
My journey was from the body to the mind.
In 2016, I fell in love with the practice and flow of pilates so I decided to add it to my skill set, I believe that yoga and pilates complement one another nicely.
I took my first Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) in 2016 in Ashtanga Vinyasa, then decided to continuously grow my skills through annual YTTs.
Currently, I have over 600hrs of YTT.
I'm certified in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Prenatal Yoga, Postnatal Yoga, Dhyana Meditation, Iyengar Yoga Immersion, Lunar Elemental Prana Vinyasa, and Yin yoga.
As well as Mat Pilates, Theta Healing, Spinning, PTS, FIS, Anti-gravity, and Ugi.
Yoga and Pilates is a lifestyle that can be catered to every person.
To me, learning to flow with movement, will teach you how to flow in life.
I also believe in unicorns because they remind me that endless opportunities and magic exist around us if we believe in them.
